What is the delivery time of my order?
When you order something from Kessora, the delivery time is a bit different from what you might be used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can save enormously on storage and transport costs. This allows us to price our products so competitively.
The average delivery time is [X] to [X] business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the enormous interest in our products, it's possible that your product arrives a little later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven't received anything, please send an email to info@kessora.com. We will then find out what's going on with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order, how do I do this?
To send a return, simply contact our customer service at info@kessora.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) which you received in the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product to us via a courier of your choice.
What are the costs of returns?
Returns with us are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs will depend on the courier. Please consult the website of the courier you wish to use for more information on prices.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
There is always a return period of 30 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions attached to returning.
You can only return the item if:
● The return period has not yet expired;
● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not been used.

Do you want to cancel your order for any reason? Send an email to info@kessora.com as soon as possible. Please include your name, order number (e.g. #0000) which you received in the confirmation email, and the reason why you would like to cancel the order.
